Poor customer service. Defective product. After 2 days my mod started overheating. I emailed Flawless, no answer. I tried to call, always busy. I am stuck with a product I cannot use. One side of battery works and the other side doesn't causing it to become extremely hot. I tried several different sets of batteries with the same results.

I emailed this information to the store and followed up with a few more emails without a response.This is extremely unusual behavior for this customer service department.
