Upon receiving my order I notice I was sent the wrong shade of red tank. Put in a support ticket which was closed out in less than 1 hour and I received the right tank 2 days later!!! Can't beat that for customer service.

Pulse V1 Bottle (Black) box was empty and two orders ago my Drop Dead RDA was unusable due to poor milling, drip tip defective, reached out to y'all about it and got crickets in return. Extra Pulse V1 Bottle (Black) box was empty. Also a few orders ago the Drop Dead RDA (Purple) I ordered was almost unusable due to poor milling and the metal ring on the drip tip just fell off, no adhesive. I sent you guys a message about the Drop Dead RDA and never heard anything back. Just not very happy overall with the quality of service with WetVapes.
