Communication & Value 5 stars for communication and value I saved shopping here. 4 stars for the minor inconvience. They did not have an item I wanted after placing my order. They contacted me via email and I was able to speak to a person via phone. Placed an order again for a replacement item they did have and ended up getting both. Shipping is BEYOND fair. Prices are amongst the best ive seen. I will be shopping here again.

Pulse V1 Bottle (Black) box was empty and two orders ago my Drop Dead RDA was unusable due to poor milling, drip tip defective, reached out to y'all about it and got crickets in return. Extra Pulse V1 Bottle (Black) box was empty. Also a few orders ago the Drop Dead RDA (Purple) I ordered was almost unusable due to poor milling and the metal ring on the drip tip just fell off, no adhesive. I sent you guys a message about the Drop Dead RDA and never heard anything back. Just not very happy overall with the quality of service with WetVapes.

I like how much more cost-effective… I like how much more cost-effective this site is than other websites. I wish there was more accessories like drip tips and I wish the rdas were more informational, like if they have squonk pins or not.

Reached out to support and was assisted by Anas, who went above and beyond to locate a replacement, get it shipped out, and in my hands within three days of contacting support. Great Product, Excellent shipping Excellent shipping, great product. Been vaping since Jan. 2012 and have had many mods and tanks from different manufacturer's. I even tried nic salt (not for me). I'm now vaping on my favorite combo of my (newly acquired) VooPoo drag mini and my all time favorite tank, the Freemax mesh pro. These are just the opinions of a 12yr vaper and I'm sure there is plenty out there just as good, I just haven't got to them yet -------------Happy Vaping
