GBI ordered on Monday and my first box… I ordered on Monday and my first box arrived Wednesday afternoon. Upon opening, I immediately opened up one bag of Jerky called Wicked Cuts (the Orange Teriyaki stuff) and devoured the bag within minutes. Can't wait to try the other brands included and look forward to expanding my flavor profiles and being introduced to new jerky I haven't had before.

GBI Get Jerky, In The Mail! The ordering process was simple and straight forward. My first delivery arrived sooner than expected. But then, less than a month later, my second order arrived. This is an issue. The jerky is excellent, and the selections sent so far, full of great flavor. If I continue to get them too fast, though, I may need to increase the order size. The small packages are just not big enough for my new craving for some tasty jerky delivered right to my mailbox! Keep them coming, guys. Thanks!

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. I received my 1st of 3 month order at Christmas. One of the bags tasted absolutely horrible. I love jerky and couldnt eat it. Two of the others I could get at my local Walmart. I was under the impression that these bags arent the type you can just go buy wherever. Wrong, you can. I emailed their address... no response. I commented several times on their Facebook and noticed my comments were being deleted. I emailed again with my issue and got a response "what is your question"? I emailed again. Yesterday I commented and noticed today, they have blocked me. I sent ANOTHER email and he said he blocked me because I was bashing them. There was no bashing. I simply stated my issues and that they dont respond to emails. I emailed again asking of that was how he handled customers when he didnt like something by just deleting the problem? Probably wont get a response. I will never utilize this company, again.
