GBI've ordered from Allfreshseafood a lot… I've ordered from Allfreshseafood a lot of times and always been pleased with the election and the quality of the food I get. The one time there was a problem with an order, their customer service took care of it immediately. I'll continue to order from them.

GBProbably the last time I've ordered twice now from allfresh seafood. The seafood is generally pretty good, though incredibly expensive. The first time we ordered scallops and the lobster roll kits and both were really good. Still haven't eaten the monkfish that we ordered that time as we froze it. This last time I ordered the scallops again and, once again, they were very good though extremely expensive. We also ordered the dumplings as they sent us promos on them so many times that I thought I had to try them. So far, out of the three, which are shrimp lobster and crab, we've had the shrimp and the crab. This shrimp, which I thought would probably be the weak link of the trio, is actually pretty good. The crab is very disappointing and very processed tasting. Its a lot of workto cook theze and diffi ult to get them just right. This probably will be the last time that I order as every time I've spent between $145 to $175 and never thought that I got a lot for my money.

GBGood delivery of tasteless dumplings Ordered the trio of seafood dumplings as well as lobster items. Everything arrived in good condition and were immediately place in our freezer. For my husband's birthday, I prepared 2 of each for us, according to the directions. They looked good - but not enough meat (mostly filler) in the crab and lobster dumplings to tell one from the other. Also didn't like the flaky wrapper - the shrimp had a proper Asian dumpling around it and a bit more flavor. All together very disappointing. Had seen it on Facebook and left comments on someone else's post about a similar reaction. Your company left a reply to PM them with phone or email address (which i did) but have not had a message, only ads and request to rate the other items. So you looked good on FB but I won't be ordering anything again.

GBGreat Company! Not one who leaves reviews but made an exception this time. We have ordered from most of the large and smaller meat and seafood specialty online stores. Allfeshseafood.com is above and beyond in customer service. I chatted with someone about a discrepancy between an offer I received in an email that was not the same as what the web site showed. I was told it was being forwarded to a supervisor to review. Later that evening, Saturday evening, I received an email from one of the owners. I replied after placing an order and got a reply the next day stating he was taking care of the order. I received a phone call Wednesday evening from another one of the owners stating there was an issue with one of the items and left me his personal cell phone number to follow up. Package arrived Friday morning well insulted and all items accounted for. We have tried 3 of the 4 items we purchased and all were great. From our experience, you cannot go wrong ordering from them. The owners are hands on and committed to the business.
