Order damaged When I got my order, Fed Ex called as the package had broke open due to the ice melting. Once received, the steak packages were torn and the meat was exposed. I sent pictured. I repackaged them and re-froze them. The steaks are very good, but the delivery process was clearly flawed. Thank you,

Delivery on time Delivery on time. My son gave this to us for Christmas. We returned the favor to him since we were so impressed with the quality of the beef. Can’t eat any other beef now. I will be ordering again soon . Having our last steak tomorrow. We ration them...sooooo gooood!

Grease Fires Are you a fan of burnt meat? Really like when a grill flairs up uncontrollably? Then do I have the grill for you! Due to a poor design flaw in the heat deflectors, they act as a grease traps catching all that rendered fat resulting in an uncontrollable grease fire. Seared steaks? Nope. Chicken? Burnt. Pork chops? Abysmal. Save your money and buy a Weber.

Truly Fantastic Filets My second time ordering prime filets from Mr. Steak. Truly fantastic cuts of meat and are quick becoming my go-to choice for special occasion grilling.

Filets are excellent Filets are excellent. I would order the smaller size next time as the large ones are difficult to cook and are meant for two people (at least people with larger appetites than me).
