Fresh from WI to AZ I was able to send a case of Wisconsin beef to family across the country in days! It arrived fresh and ready to go for grilling, and my family appreciated having a taste of Wisconsin ribeye once again.

First time ordering but absolutely not… First time ordering but absolutely not the last. I was very impressed with this steak. We are novice at delicious cooking and this was the best steak I have ever had by far! Can't wait until it's back in stock so I can get more!!!

Everyone should be doing this!!! I don't know why every family isn't getting their beef from the Scholze Family Farms. Great product. Really, really good prices. Fast turnaround time in terms of delivery. They have my business for the foreseeable future.

Scholtze makes an excellent set of… Scholtze makes an excellent set of products. I love their link sausages and I have a subscription for hamburger which is great tasting and fairly lean. I use their meaty soup bones for a hearty vegetable beef soup which I make with chopped rutabagas and carrots with onions. Beef barley can be added also. Their bacon is great also. I frequently make liver, onions and bacon using Scholtze liver and bacon. This is a meal I have loved since childhood and helps me with some deficiency genes I have in the B vitamin family and for vitamin A.
