GBThird time is the charm. Had used a mail order service previously but it required a subscription so I had to cancel when became an empty nester. Browsing recently for another option I already had a company bookmarked when I saw Sea to Table. I like that I can place an order without subscription. The email notes from Sean are a bonus, including the family photos. The package arrived quickly & all in good order. I played Witches Kitchen as the dry ice dissolved in the sink. Had my first meal last evening & it tasted fresh with firm meat. No mushiness! Thanks for a good experience.

GBGreat seafood - better customer service! We’ve been getting Sea2Table now for about 3 years. The seafood is very good and the portions are great for the two of us. But what is head and shoulders above the rest is customer service. Twice our package has been lost or destroyed. I reached out to customer service and they reshipped the order - no questions asked. Customer service is always quick to respond and always helpful. I would give 10 stars if I was allowed.

GBThey lost my order! I've ordered from Sea to Table several times. With previous orders there were no issues; however, they completely dropped the ball on my most recent order. After waiting one week for it to arrive, I emailed the company to say I hadn't yet received it. A few hours later I received an automated email informing me that a shipping label had just been created. So, it's obvious they lost the order. It might never have shipped if I hadn't written to them. I requested a partial refund. They sent me a coupon code for $25 toward my next order. I'm quite dissatisfied with this experience and will look for a more reliable online supplier of sea food.

GBEZ Peel Jumbo Gulf Shrimp This shipment I ordered EZ Peel jumbo gulf shrimp which is advertised as deveined & easy peel. 30% (3 of 10 total) of them were not deveined or EZ peel. I ended up having to inspect each one, devein & split the shell. Unfortunately I didn’t notice it until after I had already cooked them so the sauce/herbs were washed off after deveining them & cooled them down which decreased enjoyment of the meal. Lesson learned

GBGood fish and customer service The quality of Sea to Table's fish is always very good. I've given it as a present to several people and they've loved it too. Plus Sea to Table has good customer service, both by email and phone. I've always gotten a quick resolution to issues, including having new orders sent out when packages have gone astray.
