This company is awesome! I was applying for jobs, getting interviews and never offered the position. After a while, recruiters stop calling and emailing me all together. I became suspicious. I thought a long while before using Allison & Taylor, but then I decided to give it a try. The results EXCEEDED my expectations. Highly recommend for completeness and quickness of the reference report I was very happy with the reference checking service at Allison & Taylor. I wanted to make sure that my former employer stuck to the terms of my severance agreement because I am nearing the end of several search processes. Turnaround was amazing fast (unexpectedly fast!), in fact less than 24 hours; I know that turnaround partially depends on the responsiveness of the employer, yet I was still extremely impressed. Jeff and Liz were absolutely wonderful! Jeff and Liz were absolutely wonderful! They gave me peace of mind by checking my references in advance of me applying for other jobs! And they gave me many encouraging comments along the way, although they did not have to take the time to do so! They were more than just a service but real compassionate people on the other end of the phone line! Looking for a job is hard enough and let alone if you think that you may get a bad reference from a former employer! It is nice to have this service which offers piece of mind!
