Jeff and Liz were absolutely wonderful! Jeff and Liz were absolutely wonderful! They gave me peace of mind by checking my references in advance of me applying for other jobs! And they gave me many encouraging comments along the way, although they did not have to take the time to do so! They were more than just a service but real compassionate people on the other end of the phone line! Looking for a job is hard enough and let alone if you think that you may get a bad reference from a former employer! It is nice to have this service which offers piece of mind!

The customer service and reporting was superb! The customer service was superb. Jeff contacted me directly to find out what I needed, and followed up with me after the report was completed. He took the time to answer all my questions, until I had everything I needed to know. Also, the report was well done, and payment, and emails all went perfectly smoothly. This was a good experience, and well worth it for me to gain important knowledge about how my reference was rating me.

Fantastic service (with great customer support) My experience with Allison & Taylor could not have been better. When I initially left a voicemail, Jeff Shane (the company President) called me back personally, and Liz, who did my 1st reference check, was equally helpful. After my 1st reference check went well, I ordered a 2nd, and it really is the best money I ever spent. Just knowing the details about what my former boss & other ex-colleagues would say about me meant the difference between listing them on my reference-sheet, versus omitting their names and sending up a big red flag. I rarely write reviews (good or bad), but since Allison & Taylor actually helped me, I have no problem doing so. I only wish the other online services I have to deal with were equally helpful and efficient.

Highly recommend I first used this service in 2005. Now I’ve had to use it again in 2022. It has given me immeasurable peace of mind. I’m so glad this exists! Employers have resources and power available that the ordinary citizen does not, and that’s why they exploit us. This organization attempts to fill that gap. I hope they never go out of business!

Highly recommended Excellent! At first I was concerned because I got a voicemail saying I'd selected the "pay by phone" option even though the charge already went through on my credit card. But I waited patiently, hoped for the best, and sure enough they delivered! Highly recommended.
