GBCompletely Competent Cooks & Coaches At first I was intimidated and frustrated with QuickFresh website. I’m not techie at all. Placed double order and made several mistakes. But the coaches stuck with me, knowledgeable, kind and patient. For health reasons, I need a Keto diet, and it wasn’t working on my own, so I really needed this to work for me. The bonus is that the Keto food is fantastic, full of flavor, soooo easy into the microwave, packaging is easy, cleanup is easy. This food doesn’t taste like a microwave dinner. Generous, satisfying meals with amazing flavors and crunches! And reasonably priced. I feel like I have my own Chef! 👨🍳

GBI am a teacher who was having trouble… I am a teacher who was having trouble getting healthy lunches into my diet. This is a fantastic solution. My meals are fresh, delivered weekly, delicious, well balanced, and heat up quickly. I love the variety that is available as well. Another benefit is the meals are filling so, I'm not snacking on unhealthy things between lunch and dinner.

GBWorth Every Cent - Healthy AND Delicious I am a few weeks in and so far very happy with QuickFresh. The food is delicious and healthy, with great ratios of macros. The variety is key - and there are SO many options each week. I hope QuickFresh continues to have this variety of delicious and healthy food. This is also VERY convenient, which helps me eat healthier (when feeling tired, this takes 2 mins to heat up so I am way more inclined to eat this than junk food). One minor suggestion: The string beans would be better with the stems cut Similarly, with the asparagus most were good but in every serving there were some tough ones. However, this NOT a big deal at all. I am actually surpised how good the vegetables are, but needed to add something constructive!

GBQuality Meals are attractive, healthful and easy to prepare. Meat contents are very good. But vegetables are often mushy (sweet potatoes) or under-cooked and tough (asparagus, green beans). If they can fix the veggie problem, I would give them five stars.
