They are always fresh and they take the time for a nice presentation on all if there meals. What sets them apart from any other meal prep companies is they care about keeping there meals fresh and that they target meal prep goals. My goal is there weight loss meals Whitch I have been shredding the pounds. I have also used there keto meal prep meals last summer and they were very good as well.
