CleanTalk is worth its weight in gold CleanTalk is worth its weight in gold. Tried several other plugins, and they are either too complicated and need to many adjustments, or require loads of money to work with specific kits, hosting and plugins. CleanTalk does not do any of that. Tested the free version - no spam whatsoever, moved onto a different plugin, despite all the good reviews, spam bots are back with a vengeance. Eventually bought the subscription - just the clean submission inbox - without crypto offers and mail order company - is worth the money.

Great spam filtering for the price! For the price, Cleantalk really is the best option. I've tried many other services (free, paid, captcha on forms, etc.) and Cleantalk provides the best service with the least friction for my website users. Captcha services are often frustrating to me, so I imagine end users also don't like them... this is a great solution. I just upgraded to pay for 3 years at once for a discount, which makes it even better. I haven't needed or used their other services really as I have integrated options with my hosting platform, so this is just about the anti-spam software, but 5 stars for that!
