Worst Halloween store I ordered a full costume and never received it. Instead they only sent me a mask, which I did not order. I'm trying to return it and get a full refund. And, I have not received a response from this company, which I have emailed twice. Never ordering from this company.

Very impressed I’m surprised the reviews before me had bad experiences. I received the wrong costume and the wrong size. I emailed them and the next day they shipped the correct costume. I was nervous until it got here yesterday. They also stayed in contact the whole time. Great way to do business. They definitely gained a new customer. Thank you Family Halloween store.

Do not order with them, worst customer service Worst customer service ever. I placed an order with them and one of the items I got was different from the one I ordered in their shop online. I tried contacting the customer service by email, phone, live chat and Facebook. They have never replied. I would never order with them again.
