GBI never received my order I never received my order. I contacted customer service who told me first I would have to contact UPS. I contacted them again and then they told me that it looks like my order shipped to the wrong address that it got switched with someone else’s order. And he was going to send me out a new order that day. That was two weeks ago and I still don’t have my order. Now I’ve had to file a claim with PayPal because they stopped answering my emails.

GBStop blaming covid for your bad… Stop blaming covid for your bad behavior. It took two months to get me my order, no one else takes that long. Also I don't think your product works as well as others of like product. Don't plan to buy from you again.

GBOnly received 1 of 2 products paid for. I sent this email to the company 4 days ago and still have not heard anything: I just received my shipment with only 1 product. The itemized receipt in the box states Quantity 1. I purchased 2 of these fresheners. Is the second one coming or was this a small oversight? Please advise. Thank you,
