GBAny customer experience is created by… Any customer experience is created by the people. Nelly was really wonderful, went above and beyond. When everything goes well, its not noticable. When there's an issue is when you can really tell a good company from a great one. FedEx let us both down but Nelly made it right and had incredible communication!

GBExcellent service Excellent service. I ordered Ibérico secreto for Xmas dinner and paid overnight shipping. It didn't arrive until 5 days later due FedEx issues. I called and told them. They apologized (not their fault) and sent another shipment to me overnight immediately for NYE withoutquestion. It arrived as expected. Hoping to enjoy tonight with family.

GBGreat Customer Response and Service! I am very pleased with the customer service I received with my order. I ordered on Sunday but didn't look carefully at the amount of ML I ordered. I wanted 500ML of oil, but inadvertently ordered 250ML. I wrote Caviar Lover immediately and explained what I had done. They reviewed my request, changed my order to the size Olive Oil I wanted and sent out the order. I must say, I am very happy with their expediency! Thank you very much!

GBCaviar Lover we like but they are disorganized. We love Caviar Lover and are loyal customers. However, this holiday year we had several problems with orders going to wrong addresses and orders arriving that were not complete. We had to call multiple times to sort this out and each time we were told "don't worry we have it covered" but the fact is...they did not have it covered. They made multiple mistakes that became a time consuming problem for us. Not to mention the fact that I was relying on these products for a holiday dinner and had to run to the store last minute and make a whole new meal plan. In any case, they did send a complimentary caviar as an apology so as of now they have retained my business. But be warned y'all, Caviar Lover is extremely disorganized.
