I like your product and have been… I like your product and have been buying it for the last few years online ever since I sampled your products at the Jacksonville market. However, I've been disappointed in the dramatic price swings. I remember getting 2 for around $20, which I thought was expensive, only to find the price doubled the following time. I stopped buying it for awhile. This time I bought them seeing the lower price, but when they came they were half the size I usually buy, so disappointed again. Like I said, I love your product, but the price exceeds the value for me. I don't know if I will buy again simply because of the price.

Service is awesome!! Service is awesome!!! Called the first time today about a recent order with 1 particular spice that I was not personally fond. Nothing wrong, just personal preference. I spoke with Brittany and she was awesome. She sent me out another spice of my choosing at not cost. Since being turned on to Jax Fresh in January, I have made multiple purchases. My entire family loves this stuff and such a great selection.... just bought the ghost pepper salt and can’t wait to try it!!

smokey gift pack I received the smokey gift pack. The seasonings are very tasty, especially the burger blend and the smokey southwest. The sea salt was a little overbearing on the other 3, but overall pretty good. I would've given 5 stars, but the lids are not shaker type lids, so I ended up over-seasoning a couple of pieces of meat because I couldn't control the flow. Got the lids switched now, so it's all good.

Loyal Freshjax fan! I ordered a gift pack of Freshjax for my husband for Christmas a few years back and now we never go without having a cabinet full of Freshjax spices! The quality is amazing as is the customer service! Shipping is always quick too. I honestly use their spices every single day and I could't recommend them enough. I appreciate that we had a choice to… I appreciate that we had a choice to build a gift package, for my 85 year old mom based on what i know her pallet can appreciate. BTW...
