The meals are delicious The meals are delicious, easy to prepare, and fun to plan. I’ve lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks so far. The only down side is the packager hasn’t packed the order correctly yet. Items are received leaking or damaged.

Great meals, but the shipping is lacking The three meals and two snacks have tasted great and I’m excited to try the others. The shipping, however, was lacking. The box arrived looking ragged. The cardboard was crushed but the food didn’t appear compromised. Today, I learned a plastic microwave tray wasn’t just cracked — it was shattered into 20+ pieces. Not a huge issue, except I’d taken it to work for lunch. 🙄

A terrific meal service with many options.… The have many great options that have been good, even when we let them do the ordering and surprise us. I like that they mix up grocery & snack items with recipe items. I rarely have to go to store which is great! Also appreciate that they offer plans for special diet needs. It's nice to not have to wash and cut up a lot of veggies.. it's just a break and such a time-saver... but they also will send you more to do if you choose. Many of the items are new to us, so they're fun to try, especially since it seems that most are nutritional. They certainly have healthy options. Plus their customer service is terrific!! They are prompt to answer questions and very professional and kind. So far we are very happy.
