GBVery disappointed Very disappointed. Package has been arriving/departing USPS partner in Jamaica, Queens since 12/06/23. (15 times to be exact). Customer service told me twice they sent it, and is in customs. But did not offer to look into it any further. Very very disappointed . UPDATE- My package is due to be delivered today. As frustrating as the shipping process was Noblepawtrait was responsive to all of my emails, which meant something to me.

CABEYOND EXPECTATIONS -first of all am new to online purchases, therefore nervous. -I was impressed that real pet photos could be downloaded for the product I wanted. -I made two spelling mistakes, contacted customer service and they made the changes right away -I was beyond thrilled with how amazing and realistic the finish product is! -I am looking forward to future purchases with Noble pawtrait, Thank you

My child had been having a really difficult year recently which, unfortunately, culminated in the passing of their beloved cat Blankie not too long ago. I ordered these pants for them as a memorial/keepsake and they absolutely loved them which brought tears of joy and heavy emotions from both of us. GBLong time to ship, no tracking, and no response from seller. The product is okay but the shipping took over a month even though I paid extra to have it jump to the front of the line and to have shipping fully tracked but it showed in New York for several weeks before it suddenly arrived without a shipping update. The seller did not acknowledge or respond to any of my emailed inquiries. I don’t think the product was worth the money or experience.
