GBTo get your refund if you are… To get your refund if you are unsatisfied in the first 7 day mean before you even receive your food you need to cancel. If I knew the food was so tasteless I wouldn't have tried it.

GBOk For Weight Loss, Awful for Cancellation The system is ok and handy for taking care of much of the meal planning. Much of the food isn't bad, but you cannot cancel without calling. I failed to check this first, at I do not choose to use companies that force me through their retention processes typically. Additionally, anytime you call their phone support, you are forced to listen to every single menu item option and their advertisements before you can select the right number to route your call. It is archaic and frustrating. Not for me.

GBNice plan, rude Service Let me start by saying it works! I lost over 50 in about 6 months. The frozen food is better than dry. Have realistic expectations on food. Remember this is a diet! That being said they say satisfaction guaranteed, only the first month. After that no take backs. They are nice and helpful until you go to stop plan. I had planned to still order a few items alicart even after exceeding my goals. Not anymore, I’ll find alternative else where. They acted soooo rude. Understand your contract too. You can’t cancel for a while without penalty

GBNutrisystem why don't you answer your phones? Nutrisystem why don't you answer your phones or have a call back process instead of being so primitive? I need a RMA# and held for 1 hr yesterday and 2 hrs today and still no one answered. Your guarantee on first order is useless if you don't honor your procedure. Maybe allow RMA# to be obtained online?? GBWARNING I don't even know where to begin but suffice to say, STEAR CLEAR! This company is very dishonest in the way they run their business. It says a lot when you try to call customer service but there is actually no option to speak with someone in customer service for an established account! Its also impossible to cancel an account on-line. You must submit a request and cross your fingers. Still have not heard back. Its a law suit waiting to happen!
