GBMcDonald s will not make your food to order Ordered a Quarter Ham Plain @ Fairfield ,Ohio 45014 Nilles Rd Restaurant on march 15 2024 cashier in drive thru rang up as quarter pdr cheese plain I told her quarter Ham Plain or they would put cheese on it. 2 times they put cheese on it got money back they dismissed it I’m sure. Called corp office apologized but same feeling they blew me off nothing to be done. If you want food made to order it’s fifty fifty they would listen to you.They just don’t care.New ownership but that has already happened and look that’s not going to fix problem.

Vowing never to buy via delivery ever again, last night we went through the drive through. Got home, no straws, no dips, no chocolate milkshake, but a vanilla milkshake. I give up. Your shop tables are dirty, your toilets are gross, your staff are way over paid at minimum wage, your food stinks, & your customer service is shockingly bad! (0) zero stars, ZERO!!!

GBThe order I placed from McDonald's… The order I placed from McDonald's Prospecthill Road,Glasgow on 13/01/24. Delivered by uber eats came absolutely freezing. I emailed on Saturday. No response tried Monday when some person said no refund because it was over 48hrs. I had already contacted the store direct after food had arrived. Manager told me it was Uber's fault. Total runaround with poor response.
