Paid, called, emailed still did not receive my ESA Letter! I have not received my ESA Letter that I ordered. I have already provided the information asked for. Now it has been way more than 48 hours since I placed my order. But I did not recieve anything as of yet. I communicated with two different staff memebers from PDS Center Ryan and Gail, left messages through the customer service, emailed the necessary inofrmation but no result. Very dissappointed in PDS Center. Please if you cannot provide me the ESA letter then refund my money. Otherwise please communicate clearly when am I goign to get the ESA Letter.

I’ve had my services with PDSC and the… I’ve had my services with PDSC and the customer service, speed and responsiveness is amazing. We were in urgent need to have our renewal processed and even on a Sunday the team was responsive and able to turn it around in a matter of an hour. Incredible Team all-around!

I have been using PDS Center for years I have been using PDS Center for years, they have always responded promptly and led me in the right direction. I am now working with them to renew my documents and have them fill out the additional forms required for the new property I'm moving to. Gail and I have emailed each other numerous times, and they are always very patient with me. Hopefully, they will get all the additional documents filled out for us so we can move forward in our process. I'll certainly be back to update my review if anything changes and to reassure those looking for a great place to trust with this critical process. Thank you to the team at PDS Center.

Terrible experience Terrible experience. The renewal process is still incomplete. Per the website, 24hr email with paperwork via email. I didn’t receive it and I had to email them and then 6 days later I received it in the email with the wrong last name. I never received the hard paper copies which they were supposed to mail with tracking info. Also ordered an ESA ID 40834 the same time as the renewal documents on January 25th and we are now in the ending of February and they have still not submitted order nor tracking number. I have emailed them more than 4x and still ID not delivered. I called the customer service number and the person said they only answer by email. They don’t offer refunds. Frustrating company to work with, lack of communication, and incomplete orders.

Quick and simple service! I ordered my first esa letter back in 2020 and when I went to move in 2023 the new landlord was requesting an updated letter. I went online and payed the rate to renew my letter, which only costed like 49 bucks. I also needed to add another pet to my ESA letter which, Ryan helped me do for no extra charge. The process was simple and fast. Ryan was amazing and responded super quick!
