She told them she was deaf and could not respond to a call. They called instead of text anyway. Cancelled and we arrived to a less than busy place. Seperated us into two groups. She was embararrased and suffered a panic attack. We ate. We left. Very upset with staff and manager. Terrible experience.

Savannah is an Outstanding waitress Savannah is an Outstanding waitress! The hot & sour soup is always a favorite! The Shrimp in Lobster Sauce and Pepper Steak were absolutely delicious! We wish the peach tea would come back to the menu. Savanna made our time at PF Chang's a Great Experience! Thank You, Savanna!

A place we call it home A place that never ever disappointed us for its quality of food and standard of serving. Delicious and mind blowing taste always brought such a joy to our visit. The atmosphere was more like a… The atmosphere was more like a department store. The music was awful, it an Asian restaurant not a disco. The food presentation had no thought to it. It was salty, over cooked and rice was the main dish. A big disappointment. Two dishes were sent back. However, the waiter was great and understanding. If you’re in White Plains NY, you can go somewhere else that has a better dining experience for the same amount of money. The quality of the food has changed and not for the better.

We had dinner last night Valentines Day… We had dinner last night Valentines Day plus it was my son's girlfriends birthday, EVERYTHING was delicious and our server Chris was fantastic very attentive but not pushy perfect.We tried the spareribs,wontons, dumplings 5stars👍 and at the end he presented the birthday girl with cake and sparklers 😃
