Excellant customer service! Everything I have ordered is top quality especially the taco & tostado fry baskets and even though I was sent one wrong item in my order the correct item was sent out immediately! Bruno needs to lighten up as every small business needs to take a vacation once in a while?

Worst customer service ever Worst customer service ever. I have spent almost $700 purchasing this chargers. The first shipment almost half of those plates were broken because they were not packaged properly. It took almost 2 weeks to receive a replacement and replacement were broken as well because they were not package property. No customer service is not answering my phone calls for answering my emails. After five days they finally answered my email. Day 27 and I still don’t have the plates not requesting to return them. Think twice before ordering with his company

Excellent Prices, Quick Service, Great Service I recently ordered some 1/2 sheet pan cooling racks. The service was quick, the prices outstanding, and the staff extremely helpful. I got my racks faster than expected and was extremely happy with the price. My only observation is that their website can be a little hard to navigate and find what you want quickly. Also, the photos accompanying the products are not always helpful. I have found in looking for other things that its often helpful to find exactly what I want on another website and then see if I can find the same thing on TigerChef. My husband and I operate a private chef business and are looking to open a restaurant in the next 10 years.

Disappointing I was never notified of shipping status and had to inquire why it was taking so long -- upon asking, they finally reached out to the manufacturer and let me know of a delay. Once my order arrived, alas, I only received one of two items I ordered, and it was defective. I gave them 2/5 because I was granted a refund -- BUT this whole process and ordeal took well over 2 weeks for 2 simple items. Truly a disappointment.

Fry,vegetable,fruit cutter, tortilla cutter, burger press I purchased a three items from Tiger Chef, A fry cutter, fruit&vegetable cutter. I am more than pleased with the item. I purchased the one with suction cup feet since I am not sure where to place it yet. I place a rectangular glass dish to catch all the items I cut with the fry cutter (which is also good for vegetables and fruits). It is cast iron and no "plastic" all metal construction. I also purchased a tortilla maker in non stick aluminum and a burger press. All items are heavy duty metal (no plastic). Prompt delivery and well packaged. The items exceeded my expectations. Would I buy again from Tiger Chef? Absolutely.
