The Green is better story started in the early 2000s. In 2003 the management team has discovered the Green Attitude Concept during a stay in New York – Amazingly … In the land of junk food ! The idea was then to import the concept in France while adapting to each country “eat healthy and balanced ” A new fast food concept, balanced and inexpensive was born. Green is better restaurants offer salads tailored, real complete and balanced meals, served in Green spaces or take away. This innovative and unifying concept relies on strong societal trends adopt healthier eating habits.
