GBOrder shipped out on Tuesday and… Order shipped out on Tuesday and finally received on Monday. Crab was very warm and had a bad smell. I have contacted and informed Global Seafood. I have not heard back to see if they will be doing anything about it. Global seafood called immediately and offered money back or resend order Very good customer service!

GBThey delete negative reviews Prices used to be reasonable and now it costs almost double than what my local store is selling the same caviar for. It is their right to sell at whatever price they want but when I wrote about it on the Global Seafood’s Facebook page they just deleted my comment. Well, if that’s how you deal with your customers, I have nothing else to say.

GBExcellent service & delicious product Excellent service & delicious product, arrived in a timely fashion, well packed ... with each filet fish individually frozen. The minimum order initially scared the daylights out of me, but once it arrived ... and I actually viewed the size of the fish and the overall quantity ... it was not quite as daunting as anticipated. I battered and pan-fried a filet for the first time last night, and it was terrific. For a little extra flavor, I made up a sauce of black garlic and organic mayo.
