GBWon’t lay flat I got this desk pad because it was advertised as a desk pad. However, it has bumps and curls and will not lay flat, making it useless. That’s what I get for ordering online. Also, the shipping/handling charge was quite excessive.

GBI will never order from this company… I will never order from this company again. I specifically asked questions seeking clarification regarding chair covers. I would have never paid $100 for 10 chair cover when their is other vendors with the same exact item for a lower cost and better quality. I needed 100 for my baby shower this past weekend and I was devastated when it was only ten. I am able to get a refund however, its a restocking fee and no reimbursement for shipping.

GBAfter the pain Restaurantware.com gave… After the pain Restaurantware.com gave me for a simple return, Restaurant ware.com wants me to rate my satisfaction with this company? I don't think so.Restaurantware.com deserves a minus star. I sent six emails and proof that the company I purchased the item from was not responsible for the return, Restaurantware.com took over a week before sending me a return label, That could have easily been done with my initial email. Therefore, I will not recommend nor will I be shopping with Restaurantware.com again.
