First Experience I heard about Crustology from Ryan Leckey, who I follow on FB, he was making a pizza live on his FB page with his partner. Right away I was interested From the look of the crust - thin (which we like) Plus being a healthier crust just added to our interest I couldn't wait to order. Got our order in a few days!! So Good! I am not exaggerating when I say we have Crustology pizza almost weekly. The small crusts are the perfect size for me and the big ones for my husband. The crust is always crispy and perfectly cooked and stands up to the loads of veggies I throw on there. My favorite? sauce, small mounds of ricotta, turkey pepperoni, mushroom and spices cooked and then topped with fresh dressed arugula. YUM
