Newer to Bill.com As someone newer to Bill.com, I was initially unsure of how well it would work, as it was a company I had never heard of. But as I have used it, I enjoy the benefits of using this company as they make it super easy for direct deposit and to track when you are getting paid when an invoice is created. Definitely a great tool in the belt of contractors.

Horrible company that won’t take… Horrible company that won’t take accountability for their undertrained staff. I used bill.com many times with zero issues until one of their support staff completely ruined my account. They had me create duplicate accounts and cancel payments that already went through and resend. I would have done none of that if I wasn’t guided by support to do so. The result my payments didn’t go through and I wasted 30 hours on the phone over multiple days where they assured me everything would be fixed. Then abruptly closed my account with zero explanation. Don’t trust Bill.com they are for making money and don’t care about small business. I’ve never had an issue them magically it’s closed right after support told me to cancel and resubmit payment. Good luck getting support nobody there knows anything and just make things worse. They lost a lifetime customer!

Bill.com and QuickBooks Desktop to be honest i was not a huge fan a year back from now , however moving forward with the updates that have been made and the ease of getting around has been a lot easier. i will say the one downfall i do have is when we have to sync with QuickBooks desktop individually with the 7 different companies that we have. Currently the system does not allow auto syncing and you can only be in one QuickBooks file while the syncing process is going on.

AVOID BILL.COM at all costs! Holding my hard-earned money hostage! I wish I could give Bill.com -5 stars for the frustrating experience I've had. Despite providing SEO services to a company that uses Bill.com for invoicing and payment, I'm still waiting for my payment since July 2023! The issues started when I lost access to my phone number, which was linked to my Bill.com account. I tried to update my phone number, but received an ambiguous error message. I then followed their verification process, submitting identification documents, but still couldn't access my account. The online chat support was unhelpful, and email exchanges were circular, with them repeatedly asking me to fill out forms I'd already completed. When I called their support, I was met with rudeness and unhelpfulness. They claimed they couldn't assist me, despite being the same phone number listed on their website. I was even hung up on! I've read numerous negative reviews on Trustpilot and other sites, with Bill.com's responses apologizing for difficulties but offering no resolution. They claim to provide contact information through Trustpilot, but I've received nothing. The latest email from them asked for bank statements, which I can't provide since I didn't set up or connect a bank account with Bill.com They're holding my hard-earned money hostage, and I've provided ample proof of ownership. Bill.com's responses on Trustpilot look good on paper, but the truth is, you're experts in 'offering no resolution' for I've been in communication with you since 04/17/24. WARNING: Avoid Bill.com at all costs! If a client insists on using them, tell them you can't. It's not worth the headache. I agree with Tom Jonesse's review 100%. My next steps are to take further action, including filing a complaint with the state of PA and a lawsuit for mental and financial distress, unless my issue is resolved. DON'T HOLD MY MONEY, I WORKED VERY HARD FOR, HOSTAGE!!!!

BILL has made some great updates to… BILL has made some great updates to keep AP flowing smoothly. The changes are visually and front end worked friendly. BILL listened to alot of the issues that front end users were having and worked to fix them. The duplicate invoice notification is great. The filling in and being able to make approver lists is wonderful. Being able to use the enter key to go through the blocks is outstanding!! Makes for alot let mouse clicking.
