Delicious Umami flavors in both… Delicious Umami flavors in both presentations. It is not the spiciest sauce but it has an "I do not know what", that travels through your tongue. You can try it on almost anything. I found that the umami flavors, the smokiness and the touch of the dates in the chipotle "Soulsa" were quite unique. Kudos!
