This thing does absolutely nothing This thing does absolutely nothing. I had two fish die after having this on the tank for a week so I took it off. No clearer, no less odor.. I got carbon and it cleared up and smelled better in a day. Going to be returning.

Shipping was fast Shipping was fast. My tank was only having a slight discoloration to it, when looking long way through the tank you could notice it. The unit was on less than 24 hours and it was gone. Now when looking through the long end of the tank only discoloration is from the glass. Worked way better then expected.

Buying more.. It works! My 40g planted aquarium was really smelly. It was a dirted planted tank (walstad) When I googled how to get rid of smelly tank the unscripted aquarium device popped up. I had heard of microcurrents used in sewer treatment plants. I tried it and I was blown away with how quickly the smell went away. Within a few days. I had been doing water changes every other day for months. After adding this device I've only changed the water once in 6 weeks. I'm going to buy more of them for my other tanks.

If you struggle with water clarity you need this product. Extremely fast shipping to get the product. It was very well packaged also. So obviously when dealing with water clarity everything takes time. I installed the unit at roughly 8pm and the same time the next day there was a notable difference in the clarity of the water. I am using it in a 90 gallon cichlid tank with a sand bottom. Two of the fish are habitual diggers and are constantly turning over the sand so I have had to deal with cloudy water as they release sand into the water column. After roughly a week of use my water is very close to crystal clear and I highly recommend this product for anyone dealing with cloudy water.
