Great Christmas gift ! Pre-ordered, shipped on my selected date, arrived as expected, I'm very happy. Great useful gift idea for the "hard to shop for persons who already have everything" let alone surprise. Bought a wide variety in smaller 1-2 serving size and it is adequate for two with 'Texas toast' or sandwich. The folks are enjoying which was my Christmas wish :).

A delicious alternative to the same old gift basket... A delicious product and a welcome change from the usual gift basket or meat gift for loved ones during the holidays. Customer service and communication have been excellent. The owner, Ed, takes personal responsibility for customer service and takes care of his customers in a way that is rare in this day and age of out-sourced "service". Don't be surprised if the owner calls you himself to discuss your order... that is the way he does things. Crickets on communication Crickets on communication! No order confirmation, no email….just crickets…oh but they sure got their money! When is someone going to call or email me?? Order is too late for the person intended and no way to cancel???? Order was placed on Dec. 8th and delivery was supposed to be the following Monday or Tuesday??? Update!!!! Owner reached out personally and called me ….on a Sunday!! Impressive I must say! We worked things out and I get as an owner how hard it is to let others be responsible for aspects of your business, I could really tell he Loves his Company and believes whole-heartedly in what he sells! I most certainly gave him another go and will post when I get the taste test from the recipient of this gift. Stay tuned…..

My order came in no time & beyond delicious! My order came in no time! The soups taste so fresh, they are perfect to have after a long day, especially in this colder weather. My personal favorite is the butternut squash!

Just the way grandma use to make! Due to dental surgery, I couldn’t really chew solid foods; my office daughter gave me a gift card to DesDamSoup. I order the Vegetable, Navy Bean and Chicken (extremely tender) Soup with pasta and all of the soups were delicious. As I was enjoying the "Moment" it took me back to a time when I wasn't feeling well, my grandmother would make a bowl of soup, and said "This will make you feel better." And it did. Thanks to my office daughter and DesDamSoup for taking me back in time for a very special memory.
