The Munchery used to be great, but.... The Munchery started out selling gourmet meals prepared by specific known chefs for reasonable prices, with good portions and a fair delivery cost. Then, they stopped providing the chefs’ names, reduced the portions, increased the prices, raised the delivery fee, and introduced their expensive “membership” plan which is still more pricey by far than the original Munchery plan without membership. They also often put weird and unwanted spices and flavors in their foods that detract. They still have a few very good, if pricey, dishes, but mostly now a lot of expensive duds.

Delicious grilled breast of chicken & more Delicious grilled breast of chicken and grilled asparagus. Deep charcoal flavors, juicy and even after heating, the chicken was juicyand asparagus slightly crisp. Delish! Also enjoyed the pork chops. A few dishes suffered being dry or not flavorful enough, but in general, a delight to have a break from cooking when Im tired after working all day.

Munchery, yes! We found Munchery through a mass mailer. Most mailers such as these go straight to trash, however something about this flyer caught our attention. We ordered dinner once and haven’t looked back. The prices are comparable to going out for dinner, portion sizes are spot on and the selection amazing. We became members and order a meal at least once a month if not a little more some months.

I'm So Lucky Beginning with the drivers--they are always very pleasant. The vast majority of the time they follow my requests to ring my doorbell, then if I don't respond, leave my bag on the porch. The food is well prepared so that only minimal work needs to be done by me. Munchery pays attention to making the food nutritious and that the sources of the food use compassionate means for growth. The food is always delicious. I appreciate that they don't fry their food, choosing to grill instead.

Reliably Healthy Meals Munchery helps me to feed myself properly. My only complaint is that the prices have gone up and now it is becoming a luxury on a retiree's income. Most of the meals are to my taste, although some pastas reheat better than the other meals. Reliably balanced and portioned controlled eating!
