Meals are beautifully packed in cooler bags and delivered daily on the front porch first thing in the morning. The quality is first rate and the menus are varied and creative!

Great Healthy and Tasty Meals at Your Door!! I've been a customer of Zone Healthy for years now. It provides me a healthy way of eating to lose weight and the convenience of great food prepared for me at my door every morning. I'm a single man who enjoys good food and who doesn't like to cook for himself. When I first joined the program I lost 30 pounds in 3 months eating the meals and snacks that were delivered. After the first couple of weeks I noticed a difference in the way clothes fit. Then the weight started to melt off as I stuck with the portions and exercised daily. Yummy food at every meal. I signed my husband up! This program worked for my husband. He lost over 100lbs in six months. No crazy exercise but yet he did get an elliptical and used it 4 times a week for 30-40 minutes. The "box" idea was successful because he had a mind set each day. This helped him overcome the challenges of work food constantly being available to graze on, his 110-120 hours a week-the (trapped in the ICU) food was available when he needed to eat instead of grabbing available junk. The best part of it was the food was delicious. I know because they ended up adding me as a customer too! I ended up losing 20lbs. It has been a while since we did the diet and yes both of us have maintained our weight after 2 years.
