GBThe caviar did not arrive on time. I gave a specific arrival date when I ordered. Someone misread it as a "to send" date. When I phoned to check on transit, this mistake came to light. staff and Graham jumped on it, expedited the shipping,included an additional small tin (I did appreciate the attempt to rectify the situation), but it still was one day late.

GBVery good experience!! I ran into a shipping issue with delivery date and address which I put on the order incorrectly. I got a phone call and an email immediately and a follow up phone call and email. Great customer service!
