GBThis product is amazing This product is amazing. My fur baby has had skin itching issues for years. I've tried everything to help her and nothing worked. Nothing the vet did worked. I found out about neobites when I adopted a pet. There was a free sample in the welcome package for my new pet. I tried it for my fur baby (Tutu) and within about a 1/2 hour she stopped scratching, she stopped crying because she was so miserable and she went to sleep with no scratching. This is the best product I have ever used. I have my other pets on It now and I've told all my friends about it. Thank you for creating this fantastic product.

GBMy first order went missing My first order went missing. I emailed 2 times with no answer. Unfortunately, they provide no other way to contact customer service - so I googled Neo Bites phone number. Scrolled way down and found an Austin based number, 512 area code, so I called it and got a voicemail. It was clearly a private cell. So I took a chance and texted 2 screen shots of my original order and the shipment without a delivery listed. The reply I got was kind, he stated the number was no longer associated with the company, but he would forward my concerns to the appropriate contact. He did just that and I had someone from Neo Bites send me an email apologizing and taking immediate steps to reship my lost order. She explained the company had changed hands and the emails were getting lost in the mess. So, all in all, I am very pleased with the company and the product are amazing! I recd my first bag as a gift and decided to order when it ran out, so I definitely recommend the products. My one upgrade would be to allow better contact for the client. Email is fine, but not providing a phone number ANYWHERE on the site feels like a miss, especially when you’ve attempted to communicate via email, not once but twice and are needing additional support. I originally gave a 1 star, but have changed it to a 5 star simply because of the quality and speed of customer service once somebody knew I needed help.
