GBI ordered a Cheese Melter 2/5/2020 so I… I ordered a Cheese Melter 2/5/2020 so I would have it by Valentines Day Weekend. I've called several times and I still don't' even have a tracking number. I own three restaurants and an event Center and this was the first and also the last time I will ever purchase anything from your company.

GBQuick response and good suggestion The item I ordered was no longer in stock and USA called me within a couple of days to suggest and alternative which is actually a better choice! Hasn't been delivered yet, but appreciate their quick attention to the matter.

GBSuper-responsive and Trustworthy Service I ordered a product. When it arrived, a portion of it was broken. I called and left a message asking if they could send a replacement for that specific broken part and offered to return the defective part. They called back the next morning, got the information, and a whole replacement arrived within two days. Very courteous and prompt. I will definitely order from them again!

GBOrdering was a breeze Ordering was a breeze. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because I could not find any of the shipping information on the site. It takes a while to process the order as well, and it would be nice to have that information as soon as possible to schedule installations.
