Prime Shrimp is the cleanest Individual Fast Frozen Shrimp you can find. These shrimp beat out 'the right out of the net' shrimp by a mile, considering what you have to do with the local fresh shrimp to get it in the pan. Can not go wrong with Prime Shrimp. When in a bind and I had to buy similar packaged shrimp(before Prime was available) I had to inspected the shrimp for pieces of shell or partially peeled shrimp and found such. But Prime Shrimp is clean, no such problems, their equipment and process is much much cleaner and complete than others. I do have to say the first time I used them in a butter sauce I was concerned that the taste was not just right. Could have been something I did because I have made that same dish many times since and it is great. You can go through the trouble if you want to with fresh caught shrimp or other Brands of IFFS but I am using Prime Shrimp as long as I can buy it.

Beautiful Peeled Shrimp-Better than Fresh! Beautiful, large peeled de-veined shrimp that store perfectly in the freezer, and thaw in only minutes in fresh cool water. The texture is the same as fresh shrimp, without any of the mess or smell. Would give them 10 stars if I could!! An excellent, truly prime product.
