Don Paella did a wonderful party for us Excellent food and presentation Excellent Server/Preparer Only issue was the difficult clean-up when we noticed the wooden deck where the paella was prepared was stained with grease and food stains

Great food I had booked them for my simple outdoor wedding and had a lot of family that came from up north. They are not really used to south Florida's latin food and absolutely loved it. I will and have recommended Don Paella.

Made Our Party A Great Success We had 80 people for dinner at our home in Palm City, FL. I talked with Don Paella Catering over the telephone to make the arrangements for our dinner. They were so accommodating and helpful with my choices. Then two gentlemen drove up and prepared our meal in front our guest on two large paella pans in November 2016. Everyone raved about the food, they are still talking about it after almost 2 months. The food was just fabulous. I will definitely be using them again.

Superior Experience I had the pleasure of engaging Don Paella Catering Corp. for a party at my home. Both the chef and assistants were excellent! They were very professional and courteous with me and my guests. They went around and inquired how they could further ensure we enjoyed their appetizers and food. I can't wait to hire them again!

Hard to reach I'm booking them for my wedding because of the prices and good reviews online but they were almost impossible to get a hold of! We had to send numerous emails and call every day for weeks until finally getting a response. It's almost like they don't want our business or just don't have enough employees to answer the phone and dedicate the time that is needed.
