I was unable to fit one of the casters, however, because the threads that accept the caster had been stripped out when the factory bolted the freezer to the pallet. This was not the fault of WRS, of course, but they followed-up and provided an additional set of caster that could be used on the unit free of charge. I've been very satisfied.
