Every olive oil and vinegar is so distinct, and I am so thankful that they aren't like all these other VC-backed brands that pretend they are homespun but are actually the equivalent of Costco, created by people who saw a 'niche' in the market but have no actual idea of what they are talking about when it comes to oil & vinegar! Long Live OOJ!
