GBGreat customer service-check your SPAM Updated: I had an issue with my order a few months ago and after I thought they didn't respond to my request, it turns out the email went to spam. Culitrade reached out after I left a poor review and were very easy to work with! I made a new order and they refunded the former. All in all it was an easy process-don't forget to check your spam!

GBFailed to fulfill order Ordered some chairs that showed in stock, had a minimum order of 10, and said they would ship in 3 - 4 days. About a week later, (after having my payment on order) received an email they learned they had a minimum order of 40. Took more time time to refund money. Too later to get the chairs I needed. Fail.
