GBWhen I tried to change the phone number… When I tried to change the phone number on a newly renewed subscription a new subscription was created instead. The order I thought was abandoned, with the incorrect phone # was processed as well as the new subscription. I was given a 30% credit, but now I have 15 meals coming and no way to keep them as I live in an RV and do not have a freezer. Was hoping to stop one of them from shipping but not allowed. I probably will not be ordering any more.

GBI love getting the Fresh meals I love getting the Fresh meals. I don't have to worry much about buying ingredients to make one dish and having to use the same things over and over again before they go bad. So I get more variety in my daily diet.

GBHreat overall and I get the meals I… Hreat overall and I get the meals I selected and on time. However if go out of town and try to cancel fir that time, I het a notice saying meals are on there way and I'm charged for it. Need an easier way to cancel meals.

GBCouldn’t get ahold of a customer… Couldn’t get ahold of a customer service person so I left a message and have not heard back since. Problems are normally resolved but it just takes way longer than most companies. I just wish the response time was faster, for calls and emails.

GBMuch Improved! I want to congratulate you on much improvement on meals taste since I started with Fresh n Lean 2 years ago. They are now very good and I actually look forward to eating them now. That was not always the case in the past. Please keep up the good work. You have a good thing going. Thanks!
