Food arrived on time; rest of my order didn't. Food arrived on time, I haven't eaten it, hopefully never have to - and in that event hopefully it's good and gets me through so that I can update this review accordingly. The water filter in my order never showed up, called their office and they were going to look into it. Never heard back. Got resolution through my CC since I don't have time to manage a company's issues... overall, meh.

We recently ordered not just for ourselves but also our children..every order came on time, to the right address and was complete. You can make kits yourself cheaper. The only reason it's getting 2 starts is because I got a buy 1 get 1 free deal on 72 hour emergency meal kits. The price is expensive. After getting this I was able to buy individual items in bulk and put them in mylar bags way cheaper than the cost of this. The bulk of the "servings" and calories actually come from the powdered milk and orange drink. The only thing I may continue to buy is the entre meals just to add some variety to the food supply.

I don't know about the other buckets I don't know about the other buckets, but one family tried this and said it had a chemical taste. Said even their dog wouldn't eat it. Not sure about other products in the bucket, or if other families have tried the other bucket yet or not.
