GBDifferent assortment Ever since Erika left, the new people don't seem to be able to get my order right. I am supposed to get a different assortment of 4 meals per week. I am getting the same assortment week after week because somebody is too lazy or unable to pick out a new assortment. I'm tired of excuses.

GBOrdering is easy. Ordering is easy. Package arrived and luckily, some dry ice are still workable, keeping the ice cream cold enough. Satisfied with the process.

GBFood arrived a day late Food arrived a day late. Chicken half thawed. Other items inedible. When I talked to a person on the phone about the delivery not arriving, she told me that they pack it with extra dry ice, "It should be fine." This was a gift order for my brother. Not nice to get/give a gift of bad food.

GBCustomer service picks up the phone… Customer service picks up the phone immediately. No phone tree at all. They waste no time getting you to the right person, and they are careful to go over everything with you. They replaced at no charge an order than UPS delivered late and defrosted. Magic Kitchen is the only place we can get a product needed for my diabetic elderly parent.

GBThings are going good Things are going good. Prices are a bit high but the selection is acceptable for renal and diabetic needs.
