.... I was trying to place an online order after business hours on a Friday evening and experienced difficulty on the website. Following instructions on the website if you need help, I reached out via email and explained the issue. Very shortly after I sent the email, Andrew, one of the company owners, called me. Andrew apologized for the inconvenience and placed my order for me. Thanks Andrew!!

Exceptional Quality Salts Aside from the exceptional salts, the housewares are also top quality and perfect for gifts. The customer service is above and beyond anything you find out there.
