GBI was charged for a different amount… I was charged for a different amount than I agreed to pay for the order. After working with Customer Service Rep Ciara, she made the choice to refund shipping fees for the entire order. This amounted to much more than the original discrepancy. Along with the shipping refund, she also provided an explanation as to how the overcharge occurred and informed me that they are taking action to prevent this in the future. Ciara was a wonderful help and she went above and beyond.

GBI'm happy with discounted Kunz spoons… I'm happy with discounted Kunz spoons and my tweezers. I'm disapponited with a lack color and size option for JB prince tweezers. And the standard shipping cost being as mush as my purchase was not great.
