UPS COULD HANDLE THE PACKAGES BETTER, THE STYROFOAM COOLER WAS CRACKED AND DESTROYED IN THE CARDBOARD BOX.

Great Service. Great Products One good test of a company is how they handle inevitable glitches. I was notified that there was a supply chain delay. Then, when I called for an ETA, I got live person on the second ring, who provided everything I needed to know within :45 sec. The order came as promised.
