MXNone of their agents know how to solve… None of their agents know how to solve an issue with payments. I was told many different ways how my payment was gonna be resolved. They also are "partnered" with CohortGo, and their communication with each other is abysmal. Idk why so many schools and universities use this classless and poorly managed service and company.

ESI was overcharged blaming me on the error and later the online app I made an online payment in USD with a US debit card in dollars. I received a receipt of the payment in dollars. However I was overcharged because Flywire maintained that the transaction had been closed through Bangladesh, and they had to convert dollars to BDT and back to dollars. NO SENSE. They ended up pointing to the online app saying that someone did the transaction through Bangladesh on my behalf
