good job ordering from their website was seamless. arrival of product was good. It arrived in padded envelope, despite the bottle is plastic, seems it leaves vulnerability for puncture. a small box would have have been preferred. Overall though, experience was good.

I have tested a few different products I have tested a few different products. Some just added too much bitterness, and those where the taste was great were rather expensive. After testing Kaffn8 I knew that I found the product: neutral taste and a great price. In addition, it was a nice gesture to see a handwritten note on the invoice that came with the delivery.
